FDM

Fused Deposition Manufacturing is what most people think of when they think of 3d printing. Hot layers of plastic added unto each other to form a physical object.

Sla (Resin)

Stereolithography or Resin printing is used for high-detail, intricate prototypes that can be used for various industries such as healthcare, dental or mold making.

Maximum build size is 218 x 122 x 26 mm.

  • 8K / 12K Ultra High-Resolution Resin (Extremely low viscosity, ultra-low shrinkage, and maximum microscopic detail reproduction)
  • Plant-Based / Eco-Friendly Resin (Soy-bean formulated base, minimal chemical odor, biodegradable components, and BPA-free handling)
  • ABS-Like / Tough Resin (High structural tenacity, moderate flexibility, impact absorption, and resistance to shattering under stress)
  • Nylon-Like / High-Tensile Resin (Exceptional elongation at break, structural bend resistance, and low friction surface properties)
  • Engineering Clear / Optical Resin (High light transmission, scratch resistance, minimal yellowing, and high stiffness)

3D Design

Our 3D modeling process is meticulous and tailored to your needs. We start with your idea, refine it through detailed consultations, and then craft a 3D model that’s not just visually stunning, but also optimized for 3D printing.

A flat-hourly rate design fee, based per project.

Design Timeline

Submit idea or design

We will take a look at your idea to make sure it can be 3d printed, calculating size, shape and geometries.

File creation

File creation can be complex. Simple designs can be done in less than 48 hours, more complex projects may require more time.

File Inspection

This is a final quality check before print is initiated. At this point we will reach out to you to make sure the file is meeting standards to prepare for print.

Print

Once the file has been approved and it meets all criteria we will print a final production piece.

Finished

Final project is printed any post-processing will be done before the final product is shipped or handed of the client.

3D Printer Repair

3D printers do not run forever, proper maintenance and up-keep is crucial to keep your machine running. We offer our repair services to fix or maintain your current core-xyz printer or resin machine. We do not work on older “bed-slinger” models.

Issues we can help with include:
