From concept to printable geometry
Our 3D design work starts with what the object needs to do. We review dimensions, fit, intended material and the manufacturing process before committing to details that look good on screen but cause trouble in a print.
Based in Rio Rancho, we work with Albuquerque and New Mexico customers as well as remote projects. CAD development, revisions and physical printing are scoped clearly before work begins.
Three ways we move a design forward
Parts & product models
Develop geometry from sketches, references or existing components, including parametric CAD, simple assemblies and printable prototypes.
Signage & dimensional graphics
Translate approved artwork into printable letters, logos and sign components. ADA-related layouts require project-specific specification review.
Reverse engineering & revision
Reconstruct or modify geometry when a usable file is missing, with output format and required measurements agreed up front.
Fit, strength and efficient printing
Fit and tolerances: Tell us which surfaces mate, which dimensions are critical and what measurements are available. A test print may be needed before final approval.
Strength versus efficiency: Wall thickness, geometry and print orientation should suit the intended use. Load-bearing or safety-critical applications require appropriate testing and qualified review.

3D design questions
Can we start from a sketch or broken part?
Yes. Send photos, measurements and a description of the goal. We review what additional measurement or reconstruction may be needed.
Will I receive editable CAD?
Tell us before work begins. Editable source files, neutral CAD exports and printable meshes are different deliverables and should be listed in the scope.
Is printing included in design work?
Only when it is included in the agreed quote. We can scope CAD and test prints together or separately.
